I like the “8.7% alcohol.” That’s a nice touch.

I'd try one. Or three.

Nice!

Biden’s logorrhea dementia is the most popularly diagnosed malady in political life since Bill Clinton’s priapism.

Jonah must study here.

Good word-

Apparently Obama regards
The economy as a sudorific-
Any mention of its anemia
Brings denials loud and prolific

He breaks into a flop sweat
As his numbers begin to slide
And digs into his bag of tricks
For one or two he has not tried

He might just as well forget it
He’s as effective as Nixon’s ghost-
With Afghanistan as his Viet Nam
His microwave is set on “toast

It began storming last night-we need rain-and it has been just slow, soaking rain off and on since this morning-almost 4 inches since last night. But it gave me this easrworm-

She cried to the southern wind
About a love that was sure to end
Every dream in her heart was gone
Headin’ for a Showdown

Bad dreamer, what’s your name
Looks like we’re ridin’ on the same train
Looks as through there’ll be more pain
There’s gonna be a Showdown

And it’s rainin’ all over the world
It’s raining all over the world
Tonight, the longest night

/passes note with a bunch of A+’s on it, as the teacher has been remiss on that.

Can't. Stop. Laughing.

Sometimes he just doesn’t quite get his audience, as when he dropped a truth-bomb from G. K. Chesterton: “It’s not that Christianity has been tried and found wanting; it’s been found difficult and left untried.” He was speaking to AIPAC, the Jewish pro-Israel lobby.

Well, thank you! I turned on the TV to get some news and the first thing I heard was some pundit at Fox insisting that Joe Biden was capable of independent thought-I thought that was nicer than saying he’s a loose cannon...

We have a bunch of FAs coming up this summer too. We’ll see how loyal Suter is to the organization that did its part to bring a championship home. At this point, I’m just grateful we didn’t get shut out in the last game. They did their best and no one could have asked for more.

I’m always surprised when someone says they won’t vote for the “lesser of two evils”......uh, didn’t they just say one is less evil than the other? That should be the answer.

You might say wondering about Ryan’s decision to re-sign is Suterific for some of his fans...

(Sorry ;)

Your team done ya’ proud, nd Trotz did a fine coaching job again this year. Playoff hockey can just change from one round to another so much; no-names become heroes, heroes turn into goats.

That’s very true and one of the reasons we really enjoy the sport. There was a large group of girls waiting to greet Colin Wilson when they flew back home this afternoon. The spouse shaved the facial hair this morning and I don’t think he misses it.
