I believe that the power of the camarilla that was once the MSM has been forever shattered by twitter. I am a relatively late adopter, but wows, it is really something to watch narratives crumble in real time. It happens to a great extent on free republic, but the swift decimation of liberal memes is astounding. I particularly enjoy the #hashtag hijack game.
Time should really be ashamed. They took something precious and turned it into smut. And yes, I told my youngest that if he could sing his ABC’s, he didn’t need to nurse anymore. (he was precocious, and could do it at 2.5.......)
O’s camarilla is full of people who grew up as ex-patriots. i.e Valerie Jarret grew up in Iran, Tim Geithnr grew up in Thailand, Stephen Cho China, etc.
Looks like what the WaPo has left are some classmates who grew up to be Dems trying to inflate an incident into a homosexual attack. The only Rep in the story has been edited out, bc he said it was factually inaccurate. I don’t believe any of it now. This is the evolving week of SSM, after all. Another epic fail for the O camarilla.

Roof gardens are neat-this customer is playing with the idea of a turf roof on his remodeled garage, but I don’t think it is going to happen-my contractor friend thinks it is inappropriate for both the terrain and the existing structure-I tend to agree-it will just be a flooding hazard and a dirt slide onto his driveway when it rains like it has this week...
What about moss or buffalo grass?

My yard is mostly Buffalo grass-the Comanche hybrid variety-very drought tolerant, I love it-but the problem with the customer’s garage roof is that-for reasons too convoluted to be understood by reasonable minds-it backs up on a cliff that overhangs about 40% of it. Hence the flooding/washing out. If it were me, I’d tear the thing down and rebuild it elsewhere on the property.
It’s hard to convince people to do something reasonable once they get a crazy idea in their heads.
True, but if he wants us to do the remodel, he is going to have to stay within the perameters of what is reasonable to solve his garage flooding problem-not add to it just because he saw something on the internet and thought it was cool. The contractor friend I work for doesn’t want to be sued, no matter how hard work is to come by right now, and I’m not going to work on something crazy, either.
