A medical report compiled by the family physician of accused Trayvon Martin murderer George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.

Remember, this all started Because Zimmerman was trying to keep tabs on unknowned persons during a crime wave in his neighborhood.

It could literally have been anyone in those shoes. Zimmerman was attacked because he offended Martin and not. Ecause Martin feared for his life.

That’s the new standard. We saw it with the Jena 6. Racial offense, even if it’s sleight or assumed, is now justification for felony assault.

The MSM is emphasizing the words the day after...

I see where this is going...

I know what you mean. “The FBI” with Ephraim Zimbalist Jr., was a good recruitment show. Too bad FBI reality is closer to that of “The X Files”.

Well I don't know much, but it seems to me martin's actions against Zimmerman are exactly why we're allowed to carry weapons in the first place. Especially while watching out for potential criminal activity.

It's called self defense.

“There is absolutely no evidence anywhere in the public record that Zimmerman “provoked” an attack.”

I was listening to attorney Crump yesterday who created the PR to construct the racial storyline.Apparently they are going to try to counter the Zimmerman medical report with a new narrative that Zimmerman provoked Martin to attack first because Martin was in fear of his life because Zimmerman had a gun.Crump actually said Martin was “standing his ground” against a man with a gun.Of course, it is nonsense but it is ironic that those marching vs stand your ground law apparently are more than happy to use it for their own purposes

You’re catching on to the built in bias at ABC News (and, most of the others in the MSM.)

Now it’s easy to comprehend why the police didn’t charge Zimmerman right after the incident.

That's why I've been saying the media narrative is a load of crap since day one.

Only a truther level idiot could believe the cops would give up a murder conviction for anything. as worthless as "racism."

Well, that’s what happens when you vote for Republicans as a “party”. Sometimes you might be better off with a non-republican. If this gal is DEAD WRONG, and it sounds like she is, then she should get tossed ... if a DEM gets the job he may actually be better by not making such a mistake! Doesn’t sound like she’s doing any favors for JAX ... also, if she does get replaced by a DEM ... who’s fault is that. Put that on her record (and the Republicans) too.

Murderer? When was he convicted of murder?

You need to read all of the words:

accused Trayvon Martin murderer

Don't be NBC.

Even more so the autopsy report that Martin’s knuckles were cut and bruised. If this was available to Angela Corey, her career here in Jax is done. Just another establsihment politician will bite the dust. The worry is that any credible sounding Democrat could be considered to take that seat away from Republicans. Not a good sign for Jacksonville.

But...but, don't you know that the Martin's lawyer said the knuckles just prove that Trayvon was in a fight for his life. I tend to agree - once he attacked George, and then tried to get the gun, it became a life and death battle. The good guy won.

Don’t worry, the media lynch mob will see that ‘justice’ is done.

I’m not certain that this applies in Florida courts, but in my state, if a prosecutor charges an individual with a crime and the judge instructs the jury that they can find that person guilty of a lessor crime, they can do so.

I felt from the beginning that the prosecutor set the bar high to ensure that a jury would find Mr. Zimmerman guilty, if not of second degree homicide, at least a lessor offense.

Having spent my career in law enforcement, I was adamant that a person be charged with the appropriate crime commensurate with his actions, nothing more nothing less. In Mr. Zimmerman’s case, from the evidence I have heard and seen, the issue should have been resolved by a thorough, competent investigation, period. I see jury nullification/fear of riots in Mr. Zimmerman’s case, I fear.

Those of us who followed the known facts of the case knew that all along. But knowing that he told the truth will probably be little consolation to poor Zimmerman as he sits in either a Florida or a Federal prison.

In other words they’re trying to base their prosecution on something that nobody saw.

What limited evidence there is seems to show that Zimmerman never made contact with Martin until just before Martin attacked him, and that he never displayed or brandished his weapon until he used it in self defense.

With any semi-rational jury, that just won’t fly.

Here is praying for a semi-rational jury and a judge that isn’t outrageously biased.
