We've known about the cancellation of some of these shows (EG: Terra Nova) for some time. I watch very little network TV these days, but I'll miss "Awake" and "Pan Am". However, I won't miss "Unforgettable", with the nastiest protagonist in some time.

I may have seen Terra Nova twice the others never.

The one show coming to an end that I will miss is “House”.

I don't even own a television and have no idea what shows they are talking about... but who wrote that headline?

Not that I mind, I speak that vernacular from birth, but I've never seen it as a headline.

Next, it'll be a butt-load of shows.

I liked Terra Nova in spite of it’s silliness, but Fox found it too expensive. House ran it’s course some time ago.

I don’t watch any left-stream media network shows. Not one. Somehow I survive.

As long as Supernatural is coming back for season 8 and Person of Interest is back for next season, all is well in TV land.

Awake was pretty interesting though. I only watched the pilot of Unforgettable...didn’t seem that bad, but I never got into the rest.

I did not write the headline. I think that most of the time, the author of the story does not write the headline. Writing the headline is probably left to some junior flunky.

I thought “Ringer” was renewed.

The descriptions of many of the new replacements do not sound all that interesting or exciting. Most of them seem to be the same ole themes and scripts.

A number of them will probably be pulled within the first month or two.

I noticed with the last episode of Awake that the preview for next week called it ‘the finale’. Maybe, they will have closure, and not leave it hanging, like so many other cancellations in the past.

NCIS too. They could do without Jamie Lee Curtis. She is so silly.

Me too. I’ve loved House since the beginning up until a couple of years ago. It just got too unbelievable. I told Hub the den is all mine next Monday night....I’ll have my tissues ready for the end and it doesn’t look like it will end happily. (sniff).

In theory, it's supposed to be the senior editor that approves headlines. Back in the day, anyway.

And maybe that's what senior editors are these days, 'junior flunky' writ large.

If I wasn't laughing so hard, I could almost work up a tear about how far the printed media has fallen.

I would say a shiiteload of shows, but the USMC corrupted my speech/thought in my formative years, so I got an excuse.

My wife did watch "Desperate Sluts" as I called it, the rest are totally unknown. NFL is the only reason networks have for existence, IMO.

I will give you a TV if you can't afford one. I watch a lot of TV and I think I have a spare around here somewhere. Randy

I find it ironic that Supernatural is heading to Season 8 and Castle is heading to Season 5.

Both were nearly cancelled at the ends of their first seasons.

Maybe networks should take a clue — people don’t like to watch new series, if the threat of cancellation is hanging over them. Networks need to give new series a chance. There have been several series that I didn’t start watching until late in the series or even into the 2nd year.

Haven't watched network TV since Fonzie jumped that shark.

Amazing the crap people will waste their precious time on.

I thought “Ringer” was renewed.

I thought so too. They didn't really end it so it will be frustrating if they leave it hanging.

Of all the programs mentioned so far the only one I ever watched was "House," and that not often. A latter day anti-hero to Doctor Kildare. Big deal.

No worries, mate. The show will be in syndication forever.
