George Romney born in Mexico needs to be naturalized before Mitts birth to make Mitt a NBC. If George was not a US citizen before Mitt’s birth then Mitt is not qualified.

Romney’s father wasn’t, Mitt was born on US soil. His father wouldn’t be qualified, but Mitt is. He was born on US soil to citizen parents.
