I am sure Obama was thrilled to hear Bill propound that Romney was qualified to be president.

GMTA I keep replaying that scene from The Amateur, where Bill is telling Hillary the poll numbers for a possible second primary run against Obama. Too funny. Despite Obama keeping Hillary safely in the Sec position, Bill is a loose cannon.
I went to a meeting last night for parents of kids entering the middle school this fall. A nice young man meets me at the door and says “I’m so and so, the principal.”
The only thing I could say was “Really?”
He looked like the kid who they had come in to set up the projector.
OK, not that young, but he looked in his 20s. Not what I was expecting.

My mom is in rehab now with a new knee, but she’s “only” in her 70s.

I’m sure she will feel more excitement and worry as we get to the end of August. Right now both her and her mother are at home with strep throat. So she’s missing her last week of school. She can put an appearance in on Monday for the last, truncated day.
We voted the first day we were eligible. Our ballots arrived by mail, and we returned them in person — not trusting the mail with such important papers! There were a dox=zen people already waiting to vote in person at our little City Hall.
The word propound confounds the renown in many towns.
Speaking in front of Solyndra yesterday was a brilliant move, pointing out that people would need to be bussed in since no one worked there anymore. This action propounds high hopes for the GOP. Take it to ‘em!
It’s been a stressful week for me...more so for O though.
Diagonsed with rosacea yesterday. Why me? Did the good Lord not think arthritis for the last ten years was not enough? The back pain started last year, now this? Medication is starting to work, but now it feels stiff and dried up, so it can REMIND me constantly what my dang face looks like. Sorry, ranting about it seems to help. ;^)

I really loved the Solyndra visit-that did take cojones, so it was refreshing. Everyone needs to keep this outrage alive.
The employment numbers are so wretched-that affects my work because my customers are just middle class folks like we are-people around here who aren’t worried about money are a hassle to do work for, especially in this economy-they are slow to pay, and they nickel and dime you to death-I’d rather work for someone who has the same concerns and level of honesty that I do-at least I know I’ll get paid, even if it isn’t much....

My face is a mess. Started meds, it should turn around soon. Every time I get in the sun, it breaks out. I HAVE to be in the pool all summer. Tons of sun screen, sun glasses, hat...depressing when I dwell on it.
