I heard about it a few years ago. Remember Shirley Sherrod ?
She sued Breitbart - he produced a tape of her speaking at a NAACP meeting and it hit the air.
She also had a government job and Obama fired her even though he was mixed up in that scandal when he was in Congress.
This is an old case, It’s been around a while meantime now we are giving IRS checks back to illegal Mexicans for children who don’t even live in this country.
It seems that not one federal employee was fired when discrimination was found in court. Yet over a BILLION Dollars have been handed to lawyers on this case. In addition some of to original complainants have never been paid. Where is the Justice Department!? There is serious criminal implications in all of this.
This clearly has become nothing but a criminal scam by politicians to empty the treasury and has nothing to do with discrimination. Every single person that took payment and does not own a farm is guilty of grand theft including the lawyers that helped the farmless to collect for a fee. The politicians should be held to public trial and if convicted of helping this scheme be also imprisoned in a public jail.

This guy really skates. Usually the first billion (or tenth of a billion) is enough to get you a CNBC episode of “American Greed.” Instead, the O is beloved by a fawning press and 40+% of the population will follow him ANYwhere. It remains to be seen how much of the rest of the population he can sucker along for his second term.
Was this the same scam where all a black person needed to do to file a claim was claim they were a farmer, and they could satisfy the requirements by merely attempting to grow a flower in a flower pot? (or something that minimal).
