I hope so, and I hope it's televised all across the country... ok, shown on Fox a hundred times to make up for fact that MSM would likely not cover. Bring it on, I sure hope they do it. Please keep me posted if you hear more.

No. There was never a period in time where he was not the Governor.

I would think not. He remained Governor throughout the recall process.

What’s he going to say? “I swear I’m still Governor” ?

He should absolutely be sworn in again and his term in office should be extended to be four years from the 2nd swearing-in.

I would venture to guess that lefties, unions, and other lib-tards in general have been swearing and reswearing him since last Tuesday evening.

I would think this would not be necessary. The executive power was never removed from him so it would not need to be re-vested.

If it is determined he must be re-sworn, then his tenure should begin anew also. That would really get their goad.

Why? He was sworn in in January 2011 for a term that lasts 4 years. The recall failed! He’s still the governor till 2015. There’s no need for him to be re-sworn. Furthermore such a ceremony would give legitimacy to the people who cheated to obtain bogus signatures to force the recall.
