He. Cannot. Be. Serious. And yet, he is. If this doesn’t qualify as playing up the intellectually cheap, populist, class-warfare rhetoric, then I don’t know what does. He’s not just decrying ‘tax cuts for the wealthy’ (a.k.a., here, the Bush-era tax cuts) as a paltry route to prosperity, he’s throwing in a steak-and-a-martini metaphor to really classy it up!

I inherited a trillion dollar deficit!” he said. Obama compared Republicans to a person who orders a steak dinner and martini and then, “just as you’re sitting down, they leave, and accuse you of running up the tab.”

WASHINGTON —
Wagyu beef in black mole sauce with grilled beans is on the menu for Wednesday's White House state dinner.
The four-course meal will open with a salad of jicama with oranges, grapefruit and pineapple, followed by herb green seviche of Hawaiian opah. The main course of beef will be accompanied by black bean tamalon.
A chocolate cajeta tart with toasted homemade marshmallows will be served for dessert, along with a graham cracker crumble and goat cheese ice cream.
The White House released the menu details several hours before the dinner.

Obumbo says Bush gave us the Prescrition Drug Program,Fine,Conservatives were against that,and at the time if you remember The Democrats,AARP,were all Howling how Bushs Plan did not go Far enough, Did Not Cover anyone,it was too Confusing,in other words the DEMOCRATS wanted it to Be Larger than it was, cover more People ,spend more Money,not less.So that one policy that according to Obumbo was Not BIG enough and has Caused all the Economic woes he is Facing.Not FDR, Not the Great Society of Johnson,Clinton and a Congress controlled by the DEMOCRATS for Decades and TRILLIONS in transfer Payments to END POVERTY and Give everyone free houses, NOOOOOOOOOOOO,its the 4 years the Republicans had a Slight Majority in the Congress ,then the Party of the PEOPLE stole some elections and got a Veto Proof Majority and Solved all the Problems,They could Pass ANYTHING with not one vote from Republicans. So what did they do, they took over Health Care,FREE HEALTHCARE for everyone whether you Like it or Not,Free Abortions,freee colonoscopies,free Breast examsetc.,except of course if you have a Job,then you get to Pay double to pay for the FREE care for everyone else.
