Well technically you need an address to get welfare or vote but you still are probably right.
I live in a van in Key West. my driver’s license shows my address to be 148NAV, the same as my vehicle license plate. I get my meager Soc. Sec. check via direct deposit. and it is NOT enough to pay rent for a room in a house, much less have $$ left for food and other needs. so my van is my home.
