My brother is living in the Williston area. He is in charge of some large projects there. He and my other brother have bought an older, unused mobile home park. The area officials go out of their way to pave the way for new construction. The oil companies will bring in new units built for the North Dakota weather, set them up, then pay over $150 A DAY for one guy in a two man unit. Do the math.
Also, a couple of guys could make some real good money buying RV’s from distressed areas, such as here in Michigan, drive them out there, and make a pretty good profit.
Why wouldn’t Clayton Homes be all over this? They are the ones that sent a gazillion trailers to N.O. after Katrina.
My partner and I are getting a contract to build 84 modular log homes up there that will house 2 people each the first of July. Your brother should call us.
