They are short around 20,000 houses. People are living in their cars or commuting 100 miles and more to work. High wages make it worthwhile.

My brother is living in the Williston area. He is in charge of some large projects there. He and my other brother have bought an older, unused mobile home park. The area officials go out of their way to pave the way for new construction. The oil companies will bring in new units built for the North Dakota weather, set them up, then pay over $150 A DAY for one guy in a two man unit. Do the math.
Also, a couple of guys could make some real good money buying RV’s from distressed areas, such as here in Michigan, drive them out there, and make a pretty good profit.
