Do you think that’s why he came out with his proclamation on Friday, because he was expecting a negative ruling today? If the King decrees it first, the Court can pound sand.
Now, now, you are not insinuating that either the "Wise Latina" or Dear Leader's hand-picked obstructionist, Kagan, would ever break the sacred trust of secrecy of the SCOTUS?
If so, that's Racist!!! lol
Let’s all pray for another bad week for Obama.
SCOTUS usually announces decisions on Monday is my understanding so she has a 50/50 shot since there is only one more Monday in the month.
No, she predicted that they’ll announce their decision on Obamacare today. furthermore, she cited Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s comment over the weekend that there would be a sharp disagreement with the decision.
I would think it will be at the end of the week so they can slip out of town pronto.
As far as the immigration ruling, yes, that’s very possible. The timing of the ruling really surprised me, this early in the election season. That would be something better served closer to the election. Now, people have time to get really ticked off over it between now and November, moreso than we already are...
SUPREME COURT: Hey dumb ass you remember calling us out during your state of the union address here’s our middle finger!!
I believe they will adjourn at the end of this month for the end of this session.....remember our elected officials only work part time!!!
See my post #19. I brought up the Ginsburg comment as well. Will today be a two-fer?
Scheduled dates for decisions are 18th, 21st and 25th this time.
Perhaps it was written, and they decided to postpone the announcement until they could also announce the immigration decision...
——SUPREME COURT: Hey Obama! Remember all that time an effort you spent on getting ObamaCare passed? Well, its all FLUSHED down the toilet.-——
And a Republican will hold “Kennedy’s seat” for the next 30 years, thanks to you.
Too bad. So sad. Now get lost, you commie!
It seem both decisions may come down soon...Immigration and Obaamcare. Not sure which is first but I will rejoice when they come out against Obama.
I wouldn't underestimate Obama's capacity for self-indulgence. He'll respond, no matter what happens, or where he happens to be at the time. In his mind, he is the most important person in the world and his needs trump all other considerations, always.
Besides, if the Court rules as I suspect they will, we will all have the additional enjoyment of watching Obama smolder in fury.
They spend the time from the original decision making to announcement trying to change members opinions. If judges can be swayed, the original vote can be over turned.
If the Obiecare decision goes against “The One” the temper tantrum will be in the minority opinion.
I’m guessing from Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s comments that we may be seeing the equivalent of primal screams from the left in the upcoming opinions. But we’ll see.
SUPREME COURT: Hey Obama! Remember all that time an effort you spent on getting ObamaCare passed? Well, its all FLUSHED down the toilet.
Also...
SUPREME COURT: Hey Obama! Remember that public trashing you did of us during the 2010 SOTU? Well, trash THIS!
