Don’t worry prison justice has always been in effect, the question is qhat Sandusky will try doing in response to getting prison rape. Will he sue the prison? Overall though, it’s just another one of those cases where some bigshot feels it’s his right to do as he pleases, then does something awful.

Thanks to Anthony Kennedy’s disgraceful 5th vote, serial child rapists can no longer be executed. If ever there was such a case that screamed out for the death penalty, it is this one.

I’m generally opposed to the death penalty for anything short of murder (because it would give rapists/etc an incentive to kill their victims), but this guy makes it really hard to stay consistent...
