N.H. Approves Voter ID Law (overrides gov's veto) (dang racists!)

The New Hampshire legislature on Wednesday overrode Gov. John Lynch’s veto of a voter ID bill, making it the latest state to require that voters present photo identification at the polls.

Under Senate Bill 289, which takes effect this September, a variety of identification forms will be acceptable, or residents can sign an affidavit at the polling site to vote. In September 2013, however, that list will be shortened — student ID cards and documents more than 5 years old, for example, will no longer be valid — and voters who prefer to sign affidavits will have to have their picture taken.

This should slow down the buses full of Massholes that get sent up there on election day by the Massachusetts Democratic machine to mess with NH elections.

Way to go NH! The State Legislature seems to have finally grown a backbone. Congratulations on overturning Governor Lynch’s veto of this most important bill. It’s been a long time coming!!!!

Perhaps the people of NH might learn that it’s a LOT EASIER to get stuff done if they DON’T elect a Socialist to run the place.

Also on Wednesday, the Legislature overrode Mr. Lynch’s veto of a statewide ban on the procedure opponents call partial-birth abortion.

Over all, the House and Senate overrode six of 13 vetoes on Wednesday; an additional veto on the House’s redistricting plan was overridden in March. Last session, the chambers overrode seven of Mr. Lynch’s 13 vetoes.

Republicans gained control of both chambers in 2010.

Not a word mentioned in the NH Union Leader yet online, our main paper up here.

We’re going to have a Conservative governor elected this fall also since Lynch is retiring.
