Republicans Should Introduce "Buy this or else be taxed..." Laws
6/28/2012 | CodeToad

Since the government can now demand citizens buy something or else be taxed for it, and we have previously said this on FR but I wanted to re-introduce it, the Republicans should mandate the following taxes.

Buy this Or Else Be Taxed:

1. Guns, one per year per family. Tax for not doing so: $1,000.

2. A Bible, one for each family member. Penalty: $1,000 per Bible not purchased.

Don’t forget bacon wrapped double cheeseburgers with large fries and double thick milkshakes.

My FRiends.......we do not want liberals to own firearms.

We should make them buy any product made by Koch Industries.

The government should provide one if you cannot afford one.

I want everyone to choose to act on that right, even liberals. The first step they take toward defending their life, liberty, and property is the first step toward their becoming conservative.

No No, Roberts said the tax can’t exceed the cost of the item. So $100/per gun and $5/bible, that you can do.

Question. Under this precedence can a conservative government demand that abortionist attend religious reeducation classes, or be taxed? The concept must be able to be applied both ways, and America was puritan long before liberals popped up.

But a Chevy Volt or pay a $45,000 tax. This passes Robert’s test as the tax is the cost of the Volt.

This is funny, but to be serious we:

Need to defeat every RAT running for any office.

Ammend the Constitution to delete the commerce and health and welfare clauses.

Ammend the Constitution to require a 2/3 majority of both houses to raise any tax.

On another note, I just "unfriended" what I thought was a good friend on Facebook. He posted Obama's victory speech and urged me support to Americans Against the Tea Party. I told him to go "F" himself.

No. If we want to show our response on January 2013 if the Repubs have the House, Senate, and Presidency, we should:

(1) Repeal all federal protections for unionism. Repeal the national Labor Relations Act and all subsequent legislation that gave unions an advantage in dealing with companies. Defund the whole Dept of Labor.

2) Defund the EEOC. Allow employers to hire, or not hire, whoever they want for whatever reason.

3) Defund the EPA, BATF, and other agencies.

4) Abolish the welfare state.

And laws apply equally to everybody, no exceptions, no exemptions. Law makers must live fully under the laws they pass or no deal.

And make each of those items constitutional amendments by executive order. What the hell, if Obama can degree unconstitutional things by EO then we can.

The biggest thing that Republicans can do, IF THEY HAVE THE BALLS (tall order), would be to use the debt ceiling in the first months of the Republican administration. Just don’t raise the debt ceiling, and have the president just shut down every single federal program we don’t like “because there’s no money to fund it”.

The pubbies should tax everything in liberal sight. Everything. Anything associated with being a liberal should be taxed. They should make pot legal then tax is at $150/ounce. Abortions legal but tax it at $2,500 a procedure. Firearms tax for any family without one. Bible tax for anyone without one, could be a differing religon but a religious book must be purchased. Protest tax, a $100/head tax on any protestor within DC limits. A $250/month tax on union memberships. A $250/month tax on electric or electric assisted vehicles.

Newspapers? How about taxing THEM out of existence? How about $10/copy to fund a Pro-life organization or something?
