Well being they just gave the power to the Federal government to tax us with unlimited power for any reason whatsoever without it having to be fair, objective, or equal, let’s just say that their job is done. The government no longer needs them to justify their actions.
To hell with the 1st and 2nd amendments. They can just use the IRS as force to police speech and weapons with unlimited taxation. Our activist court has finally killed the constitution with the blood of the unborn and the dreams of the living.
