The public Congressional Record entry for June 28 contains many references to wiretaps, background coming from these documents. It does not contain the documents themselves which are still classified.

I compiled a set of references to "wiretaps" from that day's record, and posted them here. There were other instances of "wiretap" being mentioned, but they came from Clyburn's rebuttals and weren't worth posting. Keep in mind, this is from the public Congressional Record, none of which is classified data...

Not sure how to answer that. I hope so, but I've seen conflicting info on what could happen after the election. I doubt there's time to drive the final nail in between now and the election. Afterward, one would hope Congress continues the investigation. But, I've seen comments on FR that there is law prohibiting that against a previous administration. If true, I'd like to be shown the statutes.

Travis, I know you're into F&F, and we've discussed the EFAD trilogy. I finished EFAD for the second time, and am into Domestic Enemies: The Reconquista for the second time. When I got to the part where you describe those 1000 M-16s the New Mexican Milicianos got hold of, I couldn't help but think of all those arms that "walked" into Mexico thanks to F&F. We sure do a good job of arming our enemies. At least the Obama administration does...

Just like the PE Unions, the Congress is also upside down!. The best and brightest have to suck it up for the likes of Boner, Can’ter, and McLousy.
The Issa’s and Gowdy’s in Congress should be leading. If they were, stuff would get done because they still understand why they are there.

Holder already pled guilty to perjury when he admitted that DOJ had lied to congress about knowledge of F&F.

They continued the lie for ten months until they were confronted by the truth and then they admitted that they had been "misinformed".

If the AG needs to be prosecuted then an independent prosecutor must be appointed. Otherwise the system does not work. The AG is not above the law.
