I had to run to the grocery store yesterday ( Wal- Mart ) and saw this young woman driving around looking for a parking space. She was about to pull into one way out in the lot when I saw a handicapped spot open by the front door. I whistled at her and pointed to the open spot. She drove up quickly and then rolled her window down and said "You Idiot that's a handicapped spot!!" I said "Oh I'm sorry I saw the Obama bumper sticker and figured you were mentally challenged" She flipped me off and drove away without saying thank you. I tell you I just don't understand people today.

Usually, they are young and perfectly willing to take the handicap spot using a relatives handicap widow card obtained because the relative was fat not truly handicapped.

Usually I just leave a note on their car saying how embarrassed I am for them because some A$$hole put an Obama sticker on their car!
Something similar happened to me yesterday at Sam’s Club. I parked in a handicap space next to a brand new Lincoln with an Obama sticker on the rear window. A guy about 30 walked up to the owner and said I can see you’re handicapped by the sticker on your rear window.
In Ohio at least, obtaining a handicap plackard requires a doctor’s script. So shame on any dr. giving a patient a script for a plackard for mere obesity.
I have seen them used by young people who do not appear to have a problem, but the law covers the distance some people can walk without having to sit down and rest. As casual observers, we can’t judge that.
In my neighborhood, the O-bots are the ones who park in the “For Mothers with Young Children” spots, without any young children...
I always stare at them and shake my head but as usual, they are oblivious to anything but their own selfishness.
i was walking into an Outback in Delray Beach a few years ago. A guy was idling his car, waiting to pick someone up. His car had Massachusetts plates and sported a “Kennedy” sticker on his bumper. His driver’s side window was down so I said, “hey mister. Someone stuck a Kennedy sticker on your bumper. Want me to call the cops?” He got redfaced but didn’t get out of his car.
I occasionally see someone who has and uses a handicapped card but obviously doesn’t need it. They will do things like park and then run into the store. I always figure they are liberal democrats because Republicans don’t do that. I actually have a handicapped card in my Tahoe but it is my husbands and I don’t use it unless he is with me. That is the way it should be.
