Might Assad meet the same fate?
To me, whenever I’d look at Arafat, he just looked like he smelled...
French pathologists confirmed it as well.

Arch-terrorist Yasser Arafats doctor has confirmed the long-circulating rumors that the PLO chairman had AIDS though the doctor insists Israel poisoned Arafat as well, causing his death.
Rumors have long circulated in both Israel and the Palestinian Authority that Arafats symptoms prior to his death were caused by AIDS. Within the PA, Israel has always been accused of poisoning the PLO chairman.
Now, Arafats private doctor has joined other PLO officials in acknowledging that Arafat had the HIV virus, but is holding on to the claim that Israel was responsible for his ultimate demise, in a French hospital.”
I dont care how he died. Im just glad I dont have to look at that ugly mans face every time a story about the Middle East, Israel, or Palestine was in the news.
“He was a sodomite and he died of AIDS.”
I thought he died in a car accident. Somebody told me he was rear ended. Another person told me he died of food poisoning... he ate a bad weenie.
The obvious reason for spreading this tale is that in order to produce polonium for an assassination like this you need a nuclear reactor. They want to blame it on Israel.
Yo Vlad? Can you slip some polonium into some politicians on this side of the Atlantic? I can give you a list if you need one. I figure you know which ones, though; they are just as much an enemy of yours as they are mine.
Vladimir Putin has been known to use Polonium 210 as an assassination tool. If Arafat had become a liability, this might have been a way to get a more competent leader, as well as letting other client states no the price for failure.
It was botulism - bad meat in a can...
pole in bum /lol
BS! Polonium is an alpha emitter and can be "shielded" by a piece of paper (your skin will stop alpha particles), once introduced into the body there would be no externally measurable trace radiation. It also has a half life of 138.4 days, after eight years there would be nothing left to detect ( 4.41 x 10-7 of the original amount, that's 0.000000441 or 4.41/10,000,000), if it was ever there in the first place. Occam's razor suggests AIDS as the cause of death.

PS The decay product of 210Polonium is lead, a fitting end for a lifelong terrorist.
Sorry, 210Polonium may be made through the alpha, proton, or deuteron bombardment of lead or bismuth in a cyclotron (may be found in a well equipped university physics lab), no reactor required.

I don’t care how he died, just so long as it HURT!
And how much polonium would that college lab produce?
No, usually cancer.

Enough to get the job done.
By mass, 210Po is around 250,000 times more toxic than hydrogen cyanide the actual LD50 (lethal dose for 50% of those exposed) for 210Po is less than 1 microgram for an average adult compared with about 250 milligrams for hydrogen cyanide.
A lethal dose may be induced by ingesting about 50 nanograms, or inhaling about 10 ng. One gram of 210Po could thus in theory poison 20 million people of whom 10 million would die. The actual toxicity of 210Po is lower than these estimates, because radiation exposure that is spread out over several weeks (the biological half-life of polonium in humans is 30 to 50 days) is somewhat less damaging than an instantaneous dose. It has been estimated that a median lethal dose of 210Po is 0.089 micrograms, still an extremely small amount.
Thus it will become apparent that acquiring a lethal dose of 210Po does not require one to undertake elicit production as 210Po is widely used in industry, and readily available with little regulation or restriction. In the US, a tracking system run by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission was implemented in 2007 to register purchases of more than 16 curies (590 GBq) of polonium-210 (enough to make up 5,000 lethal doses). The IAEA "is said to be considering tighter regulations... There is talk that it might tighten the polonium reporting requirement by a factor of 10, to 1.6 curie", leaving a purchaser free to obtain say, 500 LD50 for the manufacture of say, anti static brushes.
I mentioned a "university physics lab" because it is possible to produce 210Po at such a facility however producing radioisotopes in a college environment is risky business. It makes much more sense to divert material from commercial sources.

Is that what they are calling AIDS these days. Maybe he should have gotten one of those HIV kits that just came out.
Simple. God wanted an Arafat-free Middle East.
I thought he had bad meat in a can.
