President Obama won’t be spending his summer vacation in the well-heeled haven of Martha’s Vineyard as he has done for the last three years, according to sources familiar with the White House decision.
The Obama team isn’t supplying a reason for the decision not to go to the island -- a convenient and security-friendly place for presidents to visit that is better known by the rest of the country as a playground for the privileged. The sources spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the president’s plans.
There’s not much doubt about the mixed-message problems such an exclusive venue could bring for a president running for reelection, especially when one of his major campaign themes is to portray his Republican opponent as rich and out of touch with the middle class.

He is not going to Martha’s vinyard because a brit bought it and won’t let him in.

Don't believe the LA Slimes implication that Dear Leader is "giving up" a vacay of his own accord. A coupla rich Brits bought the place he usually goes and decided they aren't willing to give up the place for the Kenyan and his brood.
....the people of Martha’s Vineyard tired of his street hustling Three Card Monte act and are not willing to play anymore. THAT’S why the push for foreign donations...he could go to Russia and finish working out “THE DEAL” that suddenly disappeared from the news.......
I think its hilarious that the new owners “choose” not to rent to the Obama’s.

Blue Heron Farm, the Chilmark estate that President Obama and his family have rented for three past summer vacations, was sold last week for $21.9 million. The gentleman’s farm will be occupied by a high-profile European couple, Lord Norman and Lady Elena Foster of Thames Bank in Great Britain.
Awww, poor baby. I haven’t had a vacation in over 20 years so don’t care if he misses this one.

I think no one else at Martha’s Vinyard will, either, otherwise Big Media would have simply told us afterwards that they had stayed in Martha’s Vinyard as usual.
Darn the hard luck.
The more I think of it, nobama and mooch-elle should probably spend their vacay in court and then in Leavenworth for what they have done and are doing to this wonderful country.
