A spunky 17-year-old who had his right arm partially torn from his body during a vicious alligator attack, told FoxNews.com that he wants the alligator’s head.

"I'm going to use it for a prosthetic armrest," Kaleb Langdale said in an exclusive interview. “I want his head."

The Florida teen lost his right arm below the elbow Monday night during an alligator attack. He said he survived by offering the 11-foot alligator his arm, and used the skills he learned by watching TV shows like "Swamp People" to survive the brutal attack.

"I'm glad the alligator attacked me, because if it was any of my friends, they probably would have died,"

Langdale, meanwhile, said he hopes to track down the alligator trapper and make an arrangement to receive its head.
"You can't do this to me and get away with it," he said.

Good fighting spirit in that young man!

Well... go ahead, Jump right in there and get it. Maybe you could use your superior skills and offer him your other arm to distract him.

Alligator’s territory. Hoping he loses HIS sh*t-for-brains head this time around. There are too many stupid people inhabiting this planet and frankly we could stand to lose a few.

I was hoping for a PETA member to go down there in the river and talk to the alligator but that’s wishful thinking..

What about the mean-spirited people? Could we stand to lose a few of those?

Yes, I did.
Just hate the blood lust. Animal does what he’s supposed to do and if you get hurt in the process then it’s off with his head. Yeah that will show them who is king.

PETA is also inhumane.

We must try to understand why the alligator hated him so much.

That river literally swarms with alligators. The kid WAS nuts to be swimming in it. Between attacks, the number of swimmers increases, but nonetheless it is just plain stupid to do it. Quite inexcusable.

There's a 50-acre lake behind my FL church, and in one week, the F&G boys removed a 12-footer and two 9-footers. The smaller ones look like driftwood.

Glad the young fellow made it, but an arm is one hell of a lot to give for what ought to be common sense everyday FL cracker knowledge.

Just to be clear - the alligator is already dead.

The cynic in me suspected that this kid had something to do with his own misfortune from the moment I set eyes on the story.

So he wants its head? Go git ‘em, champ!

That scene from Monty Python’s Holy Grail where the knight who lost his limbs in a duel threatens to bite the other guys kneecaps off comes to mind...

Ahhh. It's good to be King of the jungle.

Too bad the gator didn't live. Then the boy could have wrapped it in a comfy blanket and watch tv with him. Yeah, that's the ticket.

"He said he survived by offering the 11-foot alligator his arm, and used the skills he learned by watching TV shows like "Swamp People" to survive the brutal attack.".

The skills most would learn from the show is to know better than to jump in swamps teeming with hungry alligators. I've never seen the show, yet but by some amazing quirk of fate, have managed to never jump in an alligator swamp myself. Uncanny.

Maybe he was looking for some polk salad. Perhaps his daddy was a lazy no count who claimed he had a bad back.
Maybe all his brothers were fit for was stealin’ watermelons out of a truck patch
