The 19-year-old star stepped out in West Hollywood Tuesday to reveal her latest tattoo, a quote from a 1910 speech from President Theodore Roosevelt on her left forearm.
“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” the tattoo reads, according to Us Weekly.
