The 19-year-old star stepped out in West Hollywood Tuesday to reveal her latest tattoo, a quote from a 1910 speech from President Theodore Roosevelt on her left forearm.
“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” the tattoo reads, according to Us Weekly.

Okay, I am not a hypocrite SMG has a few tattos, but no huge -IMHO- garbage ie various tiny symbols etc. PYTs should stop with these tats it takes from their basic beauty.
Tats like that detract from her appearance. The bare midriff is no big deal, it’s common for fit girls to show off.
