A while ago some astronomers located some galaxies that appeared to have been created BEFORE the theorized Big Bang.

Later measurements corrected the original estimate so that the estimated creation dates happened after. The same thing might happen here.

What we now seem to know is that we know very little. Normal matter and energy only make up about 5% of what appears to be out there. Dark Energy and Dark Matter make up the rest.

If/when we learn more about Dark Energy and Dark Matter this galaxy may no longer be such an enigma.

It will take a lot of gray matter to figure it all out.
