WWV/WWVH just fine here in CN85 (PDX area.) There was a big X-Class flare last week that did wipe out the HF bands and this past weekend produced a strong aurora (local stns had AU on 6M, AU worked up to 432 out here.)

Solar/geomagnetic sources would have a broad spectrum signal as opposed to the specific frequency QRM your are noting. I might also suggest seeing if there is any sign of frequency drift or not. Could also be some weird signal mixing. Hard to say from a distance. GL.
