After the tragic shootings in at a Colorado movie theater, should we have stronger gun control laws?
Yes. How many times do we have to go through this before we realize something has to be done?
No. Tighter gun control laws would only take guns out of the hands of the good guys.
Undecided at this point.

8:22 PM California “normal” Time
There are going to be a ZILLION polls like this in the coming days!!
Gun Control is ALL over the news here in California — the need for MORE of it that is.
These polls are going to be very important!! — Vote and pass it on!!
No and hell no!
Columbian is a liberal newspaper, but not as bad as “The Oregonian” which is called the Fish Wrapper by Lars Larson (talk radio).
Better yet, shut down Hollywood and their “liberal” fantasy world. (No Hollywood=less cash for Obama campaign) I think everyone should quit supporting the left leaning movie industry altogether...
Must be like a local Pizza place near me with a sign outside that forbids guns on the premises (in a CCW state). It is one of the most robbed places in our town ... and only three blocks from the police station.
Kali-fornia is one of the worst for so-called guncontrol. 10 day waiting period, magazine restrictions, evil assault rifle bans, etc. The drug cartels pay no attention
I would be for gun control if someone could explain to me how can the guns in the hands of law breakers will be controlled.
If there were a dozen concealed carries in that theater, the joker monster would not have hurt and murdered so many.
80% NO. Good job, WA.
I even like the way the poll was worded.
I am surprized, the NO’s have this one!
NO 83%; 204 votes (83.26% actual)
yes 15%; 39 votes (15.91%)
Undecided 0%; 2 votes (0.8%)
No is up to 84% but there are less than 300 total votes.
Must be a publik school graduate.
Whoa! 256 to 41 with 2% undecided
The message may not be received, but it better. This is the one thing that virtually all Americans agree on.
Guns refuse to behave themselves in California — they keep jumping into the hands of criminals making them “use deadly force!”
It’s not the criminals fault!! It’s the GUN’S fault — just ask the governor — or Boxer or Feinstein or AG Harris.
Damn Evil Guns!!

The nutjob websites like Free Republic are now having their posters pile on this poll. Even though it was never going to be scientific, it’s now become a project for the gun fetishists.
89% to 9% (for sanity and the 2nd Amend Right)
Not used to seeing such a disparity between for and against anything.
