The Sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona has established beyond reasonable doubt that the Birth Certificate posted on the WH Website, which purports to be a copy of a Birth Certificate on file in Hawaii, is not what the State of Hawaii released to Obama's lawyers. It is therefore, a fraudulent document. The Sheriff's investigative team, and other independent experts, have deconstructed the document to conclusively demonstrate exactly how it was made.
The Sheriff of Maricopa County recently held the second of rather lengthy news conferences during which he has meticulously presented the evidence gathered by his investigative staff in regard to the Birth Certificate and two other documents: the SS# card issued to Obama, and his Draft Card.
Perhaps it would be helpful to point out that this has in actuality, very little to do with "Birther" claims of foreign birth, etc. etc. It also has little direct bearing on whether or not the President is indeed a "Natural Born Citizen."
This is mercifully much simpler. It has become obvious to the most rigorous of skeptics that what the WH posted on their Obama website is definitely not what was released to them by the State of Hawaii. The State of Hawaii itself refuses to authenticate the document. They told the Sheriff's investigators, "We gave him what we had. What he did with it after that, is his business, not ours."
The Sheriff's investigative team was also forbidden access to Kapiolani Hospital records which would confirm Obama's birth in their clinic.
Of course it would be naïve to say these issues are without political ramifications. However, the primary issue should be kept in sight. For whatever reason, the WH chose to create a document and release it to the world, claiming it to be an accurate representation of an official document on file in the State of Hawaii. It most certainly is not. The WH has created and used a forgery. It does not really matter that document is, nor what is on it. It is simply not the data released to them by the State of Hawaii, which pointedly refuses to acknowledge it as a copy of what they delivered.
Many of your daily listeners and readers who also contribute to this site,wish to know why this of no apparent interest to you. We are mystified as to why it isn't even referred to in passing as a news item. It has gotten to the point that even if you were to refrain from opining on the matter, your listeners would appreciate having you validate the existence of this issue.
We ask you to review the evidence carefully. We do not ask you to support any conclusion. At the very least, we ask you to consider the possibility that a very serious crime has occurred at the highest level of the Federal Government.

My friend, all of that may be true ... or not. However, what Sheriff Joe found out has nothing to do with where the man was born. It's a forgery case.
If you want attention paid to stories like this latest "British Archives" connection, it jkust ain't gonna happen on the air or in a newspaper. Keep it simple. The guy posted a document that was not what he got from Hawaii. Had to come from somewhere. He forged it.
End of story 1. once that's established you can bring in the rest. For instance the connection of the Obama Clan to the Kenyan Slave Trade, which wasn't actually completely suppressed until the late 1920s!
If that birth certificate is fake, what crime has been committed?
And more importantly.. what crime where they attempting to cover up?

They won’t bring up the fraud because they know their listeners don’t want to hear it. Nothing will ever come of it.
One item I would add to this letter is the statement that when all the filthy laundry is hung out on Bath-House Barry, and ANY of these “commentators” DARES to write a book about it, I would hope the M*THER of all boycotts happen and these people don’t make one damned red cent.
Let's say you download your DMV record. Let's say you see that a record of that time you ran over the neighbor's pet poodle.
You scan in the PDF of your driving record and then, removing the dead poodle, you create a driving record that looks official.
By golly, the very next day you are stopped for speeding. "Sorry officer, I haven't my license with me (no crime there) but I do happen to have my driving record here." And you hand the copper your newly created driving record. Later that day, you use it to get lower insurance rates.That's because in addition to removing the dead dog, you have also put in an address in a safer part of town. The cop runs your DL number and finds out that you are on a suspended license because of that poodle. The Insco finds out you are a slumdweller AND a dog killer. You in trouble.
Amigo, that is known in technical lawyer lingo as fraud. Using false documents also happens to be a federal offense, because it is connected with a qualification for office, among other bad stuff..
Team Obama altered the record. What he gave out, ain't what he got. Not good. Also, aren't you a bit curious to know what exactly is his "dead dog?"

The problem with the analogy is he didn’t turn the document over to someone with authority to act upon it. He posted it on a web site.
So far nobody legally has been given the right to ask for the real document. Even Sheriff Joe got it from the web site. His state is fine with the State of Hawaii saying they have a birth certificate on file.

You get pulled over and the cop asks for your license and registration. You tell the cop that you aren’t going to give it to him and it’s none of his business whether or not you even have one. He writes you a summons, but the court agrees with you. Later your neighbors give ytou a hard time about not having a license and still driving so you post a fake one on a web site and tell them to check it out.
Can the cop then bust you for fraud? No, he can’t prove you don’t have a real one, only that you showed a fake one to your nosy neighbors. And the court’s position is still that it’s none of his business whether or not you have one.
Bennett's inquiries have taken quite a different tack. He is trying to decide whether or not to remove Obama from the AZ Ballot. Right now, HI will neither confirm nor deny if the the Web BC matches their records.
You make an excellent point, however. The fake BC was created to answer The Donald Trump, who is hardly an authoritative body! Team Obama has gone to great lengths NOT to present it to AZ. At this point, there is a lot of bluffing going on. Team Obama bets that Bennett, who has no stomach for this, having been forced into it by local outrage, is going to fold first. Frankly, I would rather face the wrath of Obama than an angry Sheriff Joe if I lived in AZ.

I do find it interesting, but I think the radio guys know that their careers will be filed in the Art Bell bin if they are wrong on this and they just don’t want to risk it.
