follow the right guardrail and at the 22sec mark there's something red on the track side of the Armco looks almost like a person, flagman maybe???

a gaggle of guys in red jackets and perhaps a cone or the jersey barracade is painted at the end but I don't see a flag

yes... for the most part only drag racing and stockcars are fair weather racers

I think Indy racers don’t either. The rain sure makes it gnarly...watching all those rooster-tails was awesome. Grand Prix must be terrifying at times.
