Initially I was a Cruz supporter, but as the campaign rolled on and I found out that Cruz is a trial lawyer, I was skeptical, but I still supported Cruz, because he said the right things.
Still, though, saying the right things cannot hide your initial background, a trial lawyer=community activist.
As in all elections, the choice is the lesser of two evils, and a businessman is a lesser evil than a trial lawyer.
Mark Davis also calls barry “intelligent”. I cannot tolerate that man.
Uh that fake conservative Mark Davis supports Ted Cruz.
Cruz speaks very well.
It is Dewhurst who comes off as shifty, acting as if he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Another two votes for Cruz here in this house. Dewhurst holds the most powerful political position in Texas but has never advanced any cause other than his own career. He’s channeling Bob Bullock.

And as a trial lawyer Ted Cruz reminds me of John Edwards in his rhetoric.
The lawyer, like my son who is an attorney as well, is a believer in the Constitution, is a core conservative, a supporter of the TEA PARTY and will WIN on Tuesday because of HIS CONVICTIONS, not what he does for a living.
You are obviously a noob to FR and a supporter of Dewie’s. You gave it away when you said you aren’t affiliated with the campaign by contributing or volunteering. If you were a real undecided voter, working to help him win wouldn’t even be on your radar screen.
But mostly you are a huge uninformed BORE. Now get atta here and let the rest of us figure out what we can do to help Cruz bring it home on Tuesday.

Everyone hates those "damn Lawyers" until they need one. What most people do not understand is most lawyers are not involved in multi-million dollar litigation and very few are ambulance chasers. A few lawyers are the above and are millionaires with what I consider ill gotten gains. They are the exception. Most lawyers are earning what any other professional earns, as myself a pharmacist.
As a pharmacist I would hate to be judged by the standards of the very very very few bad pharmacists. That is what we are doing to lawyers.
Cruz will win this election. However, it will not be Cruz that beats Dewhurst. All Dewhurst needs to do is look in a mirror and he will find the man that defeated him.

Texas freepers need to start considering putting together an organization to defeat Dewhurst in 2014, and get him out of Austin.
