Both Gimp and Imagemagick will “mirror”.

Both are Open Source.

Both have Windows ports.

Both are free.

I was a heavy user of Creative Suites (photoshop+) and Gimp. In many respects I prefer Gimp.

Try it, you will like it.

Imagemagick will batch process image manipulation. It is a command line tool but extremely powerful. There are GUI interfaces for it in Linux, not sure about Windows.

Every printer I’ve ever owned has a “Mirror image” setting available under “Printer Preferences” - turn it on when you want mirror image but don’t forget to reset it after you’re done.
