I have to laugh, she started zumba to lose weight, but it’s so intense she EATS afterwards and hasn’t lost much. She has toned up a lot though.

I can’t understand a word of it and I feel sorry for the girl on the left, trying to keep up. My sister does zumba with a friend and enjoys it too. I’ll stick to running in the park and swimming.

the girl on the left is clearly the student and the other one the teacher. She does pretty well for a gringa, the one one left i mean.

The teacher is definitely more fluid in her movements. And that class looks a lot less painful than fencing!

well the uncoordinated wouldn’t do well at either fencing or zumba, i imagine. amazing to me that the girlies in the video do not appear to be sweating. in our class everyone is streaming sweat, and that’s with several fans mounted in the room, and me standing right next to one!

Nice demo, I may have to cave in and give zumba a try. I’ll go for the water one first, till I get some moves down. LOL

To spin dismal unemployment
Obama’s minions make free
With lots of creative math
And get a mean of 8.3
Then to justify more taxes
They stir the numbers brew
To get a median of $200,000
As the “rich” guys to screw
The Roman mob keeps drinking
The koolaid of party choice
While the ‘rat party convention
Will give Jimmy Carter a voice

A++++ Nice job, Tex. The creative “math” that the Obamites are doing pales in comparison to the hatchet job they are doing on Romney. “Shameless” doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Thank you! It is really too bad that Reid voiced his fantasy on the protected senate floor-if he had done it elsewhere, he might have ended up being sued.

I'm pretty sure that's why he made the statement on the Senate floor. Of course, that was practically complimentary compared to the
Romney murdered my wife ad.

The most reprehensible part of that ad is not just the subject matter, it is using a person consumed with grief to place imaginary blame to further someone else’s agenda. I know very well that it is tempting to be bitter and want someone to blame for the death of a life partner, but encouraging that sort of thing is just wrong.
