Ray Blehar is a long time DC investigator and points out some truths about the freeh report. Yeah, he's a PSU MBA, but very sharp and this is his business.
He actually comes to accuse someone working on that report of altering and/or forging e-mails (He's referring to exhibits 2A, C, and D I believe).
He also has some not so complimentary comments about freeh and his career.
He basically pins this on the State, for their coverup of 1998 and says it was reinforced within the Penn State B.O.T. through Ken Frazier (Merck attorney) and a lot of the "appointees" (from Harrisburg) on the board, not so much the "elected" (by the alumni) members of the board.
He also said that HIS report, once released will launch yet another investigation in which people (within the State) will be tried for covering up 1998
My favorite line is this though, when asked about the ncaa: "They are dead meat if they get to court ... there is not a brain among them."

Where in the Freeh Report does he follow up on this notation. The other two To Dos were completed according to the report. So what happened to the third??? Was the DPW contacted or not??? Who was contacted and what was said??? I can't seem to find it in the report.

John Seasock was not even licensed as a Social Worker in Pa until January of 2002!!! His report was taken over a licensed psycholgist????? Someone on a state level especially the APA needs to look into this further. What a joke! Now the coverup becomes more obvious & points to the Seclnd Mile.

My best guess is that Dr. Raykovitz or someone connected to the Second Mile BOD well connected with DPW arranged for that interview with Victim 6’s mother. Little did she know it would be a staged evaluation exonerating Sandusky in direct contradiction of Dr. Chambers right on target professional opinion shared by her colleagues.
Something was rotten in State College and Harrisburg even back in 1998 when this case was given to CYS and DPW with all the trimmings on a platter that served up Jerry Sandusky as the grooming bear-hugging pedophile he was.
Instead we have a cluster#%$@ of the highest order orchestrated by the Attorney General making this out to be Joe Paterno’s fault? Everyone in State College and every PSU graduate and student should be demanding a federal investigation of the Governor, Attorney General, DPW and CYS along with Dr Raykovitz and the Second Mile to see who was protecting Sandusky.
TSM took in over 30 million dollars between 1998 and 2011 and their programs were staffed by volunteers and held at public facilities. Did all that money go to help kids?
A special real investigator not being paid 6.5 million by the BOT after being suggested to them by Tom Corbett should be put in place to get to the truth.
Detective Schreffler, DA Arnold, John Miller, Jerry Lauro, and Jack Raykovitz should be required to testify under oath about every step outlined in the above post.
