Obamacare Bill - Dhimmitude - Pass it On!
August 11, 2012 | Gypsy286

Posted on 08/12/2012 5:45:00 PM PDT by GYPSY286

What does this word mean?

The word 'Dhimmitude" is found in the new health care bill;

So what does it mean? Thought this was interesting and worth passing on.

Dhimmitude -- What does it mean?

Obama used it in the health care bill.

Now isn't this interesting?

It is used in the health care law.

Dhimmitude -- I had never heard the word until now. Type it into Google and start reading. Pretty interesting. It's on page 107 of the healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists.. It is a REAL word.

Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam.

ObamaCare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States . Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking", and "usury" and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.

How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance.

Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. This is Dhimmitude.

You are incorrect on both counts.

The only exemption is for those who aren’t in the Social Security system. Currently that includes Amish and Mennonites and essentially no one else.

D) MEMBERS OF CONGRESS IN THE EXCHANGE.-

(II) offered through an Exchange established under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act).

(ii) DEFINITIONS.-In this section:

(I) MEMBER OF CONGRESS.-The term ‘’Member of Congress’’ means any member of the House of Representatives or the Senate.

(II) CONGRESSIONAL STAFF.-The term ‘’congressional staff’’ means all full-time and parttime employees employed by the official office of a Member of Congress, whether in Washington, DC or outside of Washington, DC.

What about the small area near Galveston who have been exempt from Social Security from its inception..?

Anyone know.....?

I’m not familiar with that at all.
Is it some type of religious group?

muslims are exempt. It’s against their religion. Never mind that birth control is against Catholics’ religion. Or that all liberals are against my religion.

“muslims are exempt. It’s against their religion.”

There are a lot of rumors that Muslims and Christian Scientists are exempt. Read the bill. They are not.

HR3590 has more than 2000 pages but here is a summary, only 49 pages…..
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d111:HR03590:@@@D&summ2=3&;

Subtitle F: Shared Responsibility for Health Care - Part I: Individual Responsibility - (Sec. 1501, as modified by section 10106) Requires individuals to maintain minimal essential health care coverage beginning in 2014. Imposes a penalty for failure to maintain such coverage beginning in 2014, except for certain low-income individuals who cannot afford coverage, members of Indian tribes, and individuals who suffer hardship. EXEMPTS FROM THE COVERAGE REQUIREMENT INDIVIDUALS WHO OBJECT TO HEALTH CARE COVERAGE ON RELIGIOUS GROUNDS, individuals not lawfully present in the United States, and individuals who are incarcerated.

Muslims Exempt from ObamaCare?
http://frontpagemag.com/2011/eric-burns/muslims-exempt-from-obamacare/

The Obama Administration has handed out 111 Obamacare waivers to US companies. Unfortunately, if you’re a small business or don’t have connections you can’t get a waiver for your company. And there are some select groups who are exempt (Prisoners, illegal aliens, and foreign nationals, Amish, Mennonites, Scientologists and some Muslims). I believe that issuing waivers and exemptions to certain groups of people provides unequal treatment under the law. The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment commands that no State shall “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Affordable Care Act should have been declared unconstitutional on that factor not the Commerce clause. Just my opinion.

************************
I believe it’s the Galveston or Galveston County public employees that opted to forego SS and instead contribute a portion of their paychecks to a personal retirement investment, similar to some sort of money market fund.

I think this was done around the 1960-1980s. Retirees have been receiving MUCH larger monthly retirement checks than they would have if they had opted to stay with SS... and they are very happy.
