President Obama says a proposed tax cut by Mitt Romney will cost the federal government five trillion dollars. "Five trillion dollars is a lot of money, even for Washington," he said.

I really like the phrasology of ‘costing the government’ when in actuality it is costing the taxpayer since government does not generate revenue.

Lets not lose sight of the fact that federal tax reciepts last year were a bit shy of $5 trillion...they were $2.3 trillion.

The Democrats know just how to phrase the lie they tell so their idiot voters will believe it.
You are correct in that “intelligent” Americans are tired of lies. However then I think of how many Americans are the product of our public schools run by teacher’s union. I am sure you are well aware our students lag almost every industrialized country. And we spend far more per student than almost any other country. Which is why Obama easily defeated McCain/Palin. Intelligent people would have seen this dude a mile away as almost all here on FR did.
