Eventually.
Did you know that the Osage Orange is marginally edible but can also be used to induce vomiting?
LOL
magnesium- ??????????
Your body can not process calcium with out it .
The average American diet is sorely lacking in it .
Blueberries, raspberries, grapes, apples, peaches, pears, pineapple, bananas... all go GREAT with Greek yogurt
And, did you make a loan to pay for all those fruits. Blueberries alone are almost $4 where I live.
Resveratol?
It’s KNOWN to be a highly powerful antioxidant. You could only say “conflicting” in that it’s hard to put a number on how much healthier you are taking any antioxidant. But there are studies that show it’s absorbed in the system and in large enough doses even assists endurance and athletic performance. Might as well say don’t take vitamin C, E, or any other general antioxidant.
I even read a science article a few months ago describing future anti aging drugs. The comment was: creating an antioxidant a thousand times as powerful as Resveratol. It’s known to be beneficial. The question is simply how big of a dose continues to benefit.
I didn’t see CO-Q10 anywhere.

Unfortunately, the chart puts it in the “conflicting” evidence group.
Yep. You have to know what counts as a serving of fruits and vegetables. My favorite drink:
You want an entertaining night of vivid dreaming? Take Melatonin, Valierian, a triple dose of vitamin D and wash it down with some milk and then a warm cup of strong chamomile tea
The chamomile tea I think helps keep it a nice dream and not being chased by vampires or democraps.
We do 4 or 5 fruits each morning with breakfast and at least two veggies with dinner.
One does not need to eat an entire orange, apple, or banana. 3 or 4 slices and a half banana will do.
Knowing how to be an intellectual shopper helps. My wife is a cracker jack label reader and marketing code interpreter.
I don't know how someone who works every day can do this. We're retired and it still takes real effort to get the shopping done.
Live in Florida and usually buy our produce at farmer’s markets.
My wife makes the point quite succinctly: “It’s no wonder Americans are so fat. It’s expensive to eat properly!”
“Smilin’ Bob” earns his money.
Me neither. That stuff works and is taking over the pharmacy shelf space where I buy. Stay under or at 100mg and take early in the morning or you may have trouble going to sleep at bedtime; in my case anyway.
Be careful of those packages juice drinks..the rule of thumb is anything isn a package that says it "healthy"..it's not. The stuff that is packaged by the food co's that push "healthy" are some of the worst crap to eat.
Better to eat non processed real fruit and veggies.
Ditto on Saw Palmetto. I remember at one time having a doctor who told me that that was the only supplement he took because it was the only one with proven results.....
I think they’re kind of neat trees. Natural fences.
There are a few here in Michigan and lots of them on the state land that used to be farmland before the depression.
RE: CO-Q10
It’s listed as ubiquinol in the above chart. But it is listed under the SLIGHT evidence category. Wonder why...
I try to take it when I can, but it’s just so dang expensive. But yeah, I’ve read so many good things about it. Doctor noe pointed out that it’s listed as ubiquinol, and I’m surprised at where it’s at in the chart. I’ll probably still keep taking it, though.
