I have heard many times over that a deficiency in copper weakens the arteries and causes annurisims? And they are showing it to be worthless?

I question several things on this chart.

Has this chart been vetted by our wondrous 4 AM gym-RAT FLOTUS?

It’s expensive to eat properly!”

You are so right. I live in Louisiana - and we have farming and farmer's markets. Last week, green beans were almost $3 a pound IN THE SUMMER! They used to be cheap because we grow them locally. Anyway, I always get angry at the elitist liberals who are trying to punish those who are too fat and telling children they are too fat. Well, ever price a box or twinkies opposed to an orange or a box of craft macaroni & cheese to a cauliflower? Significant differences. And, when you trying to feed a family of 4 or more full nutrition is next to impossible - especially for teens who are hungry around the clock. I am certainly not against healthy eating - I eat vegs., chicken, fish, etc. I am just saying that it is getting next to impossible to eat well.

Now, with obama taking over our food and water supplies last March, I wonder if we will have rationing at some point.

The chart has a “worth it” line, and turmeric is just as far below that line as is possible. I read that as “worthless”.

Thanks, I'll go with what I know works for me. I assume we're all a little different. If I miss two days, or even one day of taking CoQ10, I can tell it in my energy level.

I know it was prescribed for my pup when he was having heart trouble and it helped him a lot. I understand it is given to open heart surgery patients.

I take it for energy and to help maintain healthy muscle.

That chart is wrong on vitamin C for sure. Five hundred, 500mg tablets only cost about 6 bucks. Vitamin C improves your immune system's ability to fight infection, your body's ability to heal itself, slows the aging process, enhances your skin condition and is one of the top free radical scavengers available. I've read reports that mega doses are being given to Fukashima workers intravenously, to prevent radiation damage.

This administration and the progressive elite want us dead, ASAP. They're not interested in extending life or in the unborn. That's why they're against anything and anyone that is.

Plenty of vitamin C in me, so I’m not too worried. Lol.

I heard CoQ10 naturally helps lower blood pressure, which naturally runs in my family, so I’m taking it as a preventative measure. I also take multivitamins, magnesium, and Omega-3 fish oil...which thankfully scored very high on the list.

I take a minimum of 1,000 mg of C and should be taking 2 to 4 times that, IMO.

I agree with you on the Omega-3 and a good multivitamin. I like the Maxivision Whole Body multivitamins.

I also take a protein hydrolysate supplement (A/G Pro).

Protein hydrolysates in sports nutrition

Seems to help the digestive tract (less indigestion), and muscle and skin maintenance along with increased energy and hair growth. lol

And don't forget regular exercise! The older you get, the more important proper and regular exercise becomes.
