I vividly recall one particular idiot in my company, when we were told to swim the length of the pool underwater on one breath, to SIMULATE abandoning ship and swimming under burning fuel...this idiot actually thought they were going to ignite the pool! (She would be a shoe in for the Joint Chiefs, considering how stupid they have become in the past many years!)
