Neil Armstrong was a quiet, humble man who often downplayed his own accomplishments. The same cannot be said for Obama. If Obama just had some accomplishments to down play.
(Of course I don't consider putting on your (mom)pants and tying your own shoes an accomplishment)

He could have recalled his personal recollections of Neil Armstrong, like the time Neil called him out on cutting NASA’s budget and dumping manned space flight.

How about furthering the spread of radical Islam by promoting the Arab Spring and also wrecking the American economy. (You didn't say they had to be good accomplishments.)

Neil Armstrong represented everything great about the US.
Barack Obama RESENTS everything great about the US.
Neil Armstrong is the epitome of Americas exceptionalism. Obama WILL NEVER honor Neil beyond a few obligatory words.

I'm hoping against the state funereal like I was hoping RWR didn't pass away during Clinton's term.
I cannot stand the thought of such an occasion to honor someone we all love & respect denigrated by megalomaniacs and ther politics.

On a side note, this website is kinda funny in its jabs to Bath-House Barry.
Obama’s answer to Chick-fil-A? Starting his OWN restaurant: “Pup-fil-A”.

I was thinking the same thing when I heard about the effort to give him a state funeral. You know Obama will politicize it to the max and the media will too.

It is funny. I had never heard of it. Just got a tweet about it and wanted to share it here.

Thanks for posting the picture and making me sick. NASA is supposed to be reaching out to the Muslim world, I guess showing their flag on the remarks about Neil Armstrong is about as good a slap in the face of America as he can come up with. He did a good job. I can’t think of anything more vile.

What’s funny about it is that this could be a silhouette of anyone, but for the ears. The ears and the beanpole physique.

I was going to skip this thread as irrelevant satire until I saw that you posted it. NOT satire.
There’s no more words left. If he wasn’t so dangerous, he would just be a small tragic buffoon.

Speaking of space and yes, a little off topic, I am watching a UFO right now in Georgia. It is maybe 4000-5000 ft in the air and is green and red. I looked at it through binoculars and it looks like an amoeba, changing shapes.
Totally freaking out.
Saw an identical one come close to it and then disappear.
