There is only one reason that I can think of, Romney is a RINO. If we had 4 more years of Obama, maybe this country would be ready to elect a real conservative.

Well, I'm broad-minded. Four more years of Zerobama? Absolutely!

Your choice of location, too -- Leavenworth, Joliet, Atlanta, Pelican Bay -- hey, all the same to me.

RINO, SCHMINO...this country cannot survive 4 more years of this turd...the change you envision will have to come with armed conflict....and remember, he will be a lame duck in a second term. too scary to think about.

I agree.

If Obama gets 4 more and he may never leave.

He will be America’s Chavez, President for LIFE!

If we had 4 more years of Obama, maybe this country would be ready to elect a real conservative.

Defeating him even now is in deep doubt because of the entitlement empire he's built. Four years from now, with 150 million (vs. 100M now) on some kind of government aid, 50% more using EBT cards, 10 million newly naturalized illegals, nearly everyone on bended knee to Obamacare and many living the "Julia" life, it'll be long past surmountable.

The make or break point is now.. not four years from now. This country wouldn't have enough conservatives to ever wrench power away from the dems at that point.

You think if Romney loses the GOP-e will take that lesson to heart and nominate a conservative in 2016? I have to say, you’re more of an optimist than I am.

If that came to pass, the conservatives in 2015, 2016 would be treated even worse than they were this cycle and - without question - we’d be given some milquetoast go along to get along RINO because “he’s the only one who can win”.

If a political plan fails, remember this is how the story goes - and this goes for intra-party stories too - liberal republicans vs. conservative republicans

If a political plan fails, the story is always about how the liberals would have succeeded but for the conservatives

If a political plan succeeds, the story is always about how it succeeded because of the liberals involved and would have achieved greater success but for the conservatives.

Liberals always get the credit. Never the blame
Conservatives always get the blame. Never the credit

The story never, ever changes because the liberals are the ones telling it. Nothing will change until it’s the conservatives delivering the message. Nothing.

We’ll always get milquetoast RINOs because thats who the Republicans running the message want. Short of taking control of that messge, it’ll take an enormous groundswell of a near-perfect candidate to break that hold the GOP-e has on the candidate selection process.

the change you envision will have to come with armed conflict

Exactly. And lest we think the darkside isn't readying itself, remember the regime has ordered countless millions of hollow-point ammunition rounds and can put thousands of drones into the air at any given time (yeah, sure they're all unarmed).

“If we had 4 more years of Obama”

Do you believe we can survive 4 more years of obama’s unelected czars wreaking havoc along with 4 more years of obama bypassing Congress with his executive orders?

I think he should get 20 years for the crimes he has done, but thus far he has gotten away with it... From identity theft to being foreign born and ineligible, to the bribe kickback he arranged for Michelle at theU of C Med Center to his violating the Logan Act to...

Your too kind. I was thinking we blindfold him, take him to Saudi Arabia, and put a sign around his neck that say’s,

“Mohammed sucks, but not as much as I do.”

Then let him loose right next to chop chop square.

I know that drones can be armed but would it be practical to mount submachine guns (which only use handgun ammunition) on them considering they would be ineffective given the altitude and airspeed at which they cruise?

If the regime is considering arming the drones with .40 cal handgun ammunition, they could only be effective in close quarter ranges meaning the drones would have to be able to cruise at extremely low altitudes and at very low airspeeds (and even may need the ability to hover) in order to effectively engage a target.

When I think of the idea that our own government may arm drones to keep a watch on us some day, I keep coming up with the words, Skeet target!

The progressive liberals/marxists use the following list for reasons to re-elect him...traditional Americans use the same list to defeat him.

That was the thinking with McCain, and look where that got us. It would be the same or worse after four more years.

I think these reasons apply to voting for Obama too:

Top 12 Reasons to Vote Democrat

1. I will vote Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my German Shepherd.

2. I will vote Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t.

3. I will vote Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

4. I will vote Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

5. I will vote Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

6. I will vote Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.

7. I will vote Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

8. I will vote Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the social security from those who paid into it.

9. I will vote Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit.

10. I will vote Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

11. I will vote Democrat because I think that it’s better to pay billions for their oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish.

12. I will vote Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my butt, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever have another point of view.

“Romney is a RINO. If we had 4 more years of Obama, maybe this country would be ready to elect a real conservative.”

Except of course in 4 more years of Obama, THERE MAY NOT BE ANY REPUBLIC—let alone FREE—TO ELECT REAL CONSERVATIVES IN.

I mean that very seriously too. A dictatorship may become real if Obama is reelected.

-

Several years ago on Free Republic - a FR sidebar Poll asked:

“Which person would you prefer to be President of the USA”

Fifteen percent (15%) taking the FR poll picked:

Hillary Rodham Clinton

Now add in the Ron Paul bunch

Toss in some pro and amateur volunteer stealth sleepers from the radical left

Add a few pinches of losers that think they can do things better than anyone else sitting on their butts on the couch with a cold brew in their hand

Now shake well -

You now have a typical FR thread of sour sore losers that would rather have Obama for four more years once again
