I’m sorry Fox cancelled all my scheduled interviews tonight because I sure wanted to take the opportunity on the air to highlight Senator John McCain’s positive contributions to America, to honor him, and to reflect on what a biased media unfairly put him through four years ago tonight.
Granted, our honored and esteemed war hero has gone through much more than the liberal media can ever do to him in their efforts to harm this patriot. I look forward to hearing his words to his fellow Americans tonight more than any of the other convention speeches. God bless John McCain. Thank you for everything. And happy birthday, my friend.
I’m a Palin fan, but I wince every time she gushes about McCain.
Her message is that politics shouldn’t be about the good old boys network, but then she boosts that toad because he picked her for VP?
She also endorsed three candidates in the AZ primary, so maybe she’s settling in for a run to replace Kyl and serve as the junior senator to McCain?

She’s being gracious and magnanimous with JMcC, in spite of the differences they surely must have had. I do believe it has to do with the ‘zealot’ remark, with her spoken discomfort with the RNC’s end-run around the conservative delegates, perhaps, and with the Beltway Republicans’ discomfort with Sarah. I counsel the RNC that this week they should absolutely work to unify the party - it will be a fractious fall, and the less they buy into Obama’s rhetoric about the Tea Party being the loony fringe, the better it will be for all.

Palin is savvy, but there is a knee jerk reaction streak in her sometimes that disappoints...this would have been one to let go and not point out. I don’t know what this particular thing is about, but with the nomination of Mitt Romney, conservatism may have been proven to be in it’s last throes.
We still have a lot of struggling and smaller victories left, but we may be finished as far as ever playing a leading role in the GOP goes.

She would be a nobody governor of a small state if it were not for McCain.
So despite the hell the media put her and her family through, she likes fame.

Whether you care for Senator McCain’s RINO politics or not, denigrating his military service is poor form.
