Which format did you use? Self-study? Online? Classroom? Were you satisfied with that format? How long did it take you to successfully pass the exam?
Thanks.
Yes, I took the classroom Becker course. The classroom course includes lots of self study. Passed the CPA exam first time and earned a gold key. Beckeris an excellent course.
I took the classroom course, but the homework is what helped the most. An online course would probably be fine, because you would get the same benefit of focused study which is what helps the most, imo. I completed all the work as instructed and could not have been much better prepared for the exam. Good luck!
Hah, I just completed an hour of MCQ’s in my own study course and took a break to find this. Someone is telling me to get back to the books. I’m not using Becker but so far I like the Yaeger course I have.
Glad to know this...my ex is a cpa and my son is in his senior year in college studying accounting and will work toward his cpa once he gets out. Glad to get updates on how this works for you
Took it years ago in the classroom setting and was very satisfied with it. Only took one part as I already had the others.
Found it to be well structured and organized and taught exactly what was needed at that time. That was then and all is different now, but I imagine the course has changed with the testing. I had the old format, start on Wed and finish Late Fri. Not like today where you can take it one module at a time online.
