Here's a link (I hope it's OK to do this)to the Daily Caller"s video of an opening ceremony during the RNC last week where Blitzer and Piers Morgan (limey gets a pass, I guess)are on their butts during the Pledge, get yelled at by delegates who they ignore then finally get up during National Anthem. Bret Baier with Herman Cain, on the other hand, stood with hands on hearts during the Pledge as well as Anthem.(There's a photo of them.) Says it ALL, folks.

That’s pretty lazy and despicable. I think even Morgan should have stood, although I wouldn’t expect him to recite the pledge of allegiance.

Isn’t this what you’re supposed to do? If I’m at a hockey game or something and the play the Canadian National Anthem, am I not supposed to stand for that?

I'm not surprised. In fact, I think the delegates should have left them alone and allow them to show their true colors. It's still a somewhat free country after all...what's left of it. I totally expect things like this, nowadays, coming from CNN (lovingly known as the Communist News Network) and MSNBC (endearingly referred to as the Maoist Socialist Neo-communist Broadcasting Company--lots o' adjectives, but it seems to fit).

Seeing “Blitzer” and “class” in the same sentence left me with severe cognitive dissonance for a second.

No surprise to me that the testosterone-challenged, chinless Little Wolfie would show disrespect for the Pledge or anything that honors American principles. He’d bow to an Arab king in a New York minute, though.
