When Bubba and The Won were on the stage together I saw visions of two people kneeling: Monica and Larry. Then I saw dead people: Vince Foster and Donald Young. Change is required, please.

They have a man speak who carries this picture in his wallet as a momento of the best five minutes of his presidency!

The media and democrats will cover up or even approve ANY crime for the democrats. Want examples?
Ted Kennedy KILLED a young woman, fled the scene and obstructed the investigation.
12 million illegals from other countries treated as heroes.
Drug violence ignored in democrat cities, killing kids left and right.
Inner city kids can’t read is a crime.
A few rapes are nothing to these creeps.

Add that to the story petering out, and the fact that Akin might actually win, and you have an “issue” that is basically useless to them.

The only time I heard it mentioned was in Sandra Flukes speech when she dropped a line about Republican’s redefining rape. But even then she just made a quick reference and didn't mention Akin by name. Elizabeth Warren didn't mention it at all as far as I recall. I guess they didn't think it would look good for Fluke and Warren to give an hour long tirade on Rape right before the Rapist in Chief took the stage...

I don't know that this whole women's right carp resonates with most women. It's just another manufactured issue that women really don't care about. They are more interested in whether they will have a job and/or keep their homes. A lot of women are now the family breadwinners. Unlike the old days when they could hand off the momeymaking task to their spouses, the women are now responsible for the family's well being on all levels. In this economy I don't see that changing anytime soon.

What I liked was his admittance that EVEN BILL CLINTON, the President above ALL Presidents, could NOT have fixed the mess Obama walked in to, even though Obama had a Presidential Transition Team go into effect on NOVEMBER 5!
Presidential transition of Barack Obama
The Obama transition organization was called the Obama-Biden Transition Project. The transition team was convened during the height of the campaign, well before the outcome could be known, to begin making preparations for a potential administration. It was co-chaired by John Podesta, who was Bill Clinton's fourth and last White House Chief of Staff and the president/chief executive officer of the Center for American Progress, Valerie Jarrett, who is one of Obama's longest-serving advisers, and Pete Rouse, former Senate chief of staff for Tom Daschle who succeeded Rahm Emanuel as Obama's chief of staff.
On November 5, the General Services Administration declared that Obama was the "apparent winner", making him eligible to receive transition funding and other government services, and granting him access to their 2008 Presidential Transition Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Podesta estimated that the transition would employ approximately 450 people and have a budget of about $12 million: $5.2 million would be paid by the federal government and the remaining $6.8 million would be funded by private sources, with each contribution limited to $5,000. The transition project would not accept money from political action committees or federal lobbyists.
TRUTH is that they knew full well in advance that we were gearing up for some choppy waters AND the DEMOCRATS were running the entire Congress for TWO years prior to Obama's election!
Second TRUTH is that ALL of Obama's policies have made our problems much worse!

The most powerful speech given by a woman at either convention? Speech given by Governor Susana Martinez!!
To: mardi59
The tail wagged the dog. Unbelievable how soon people forget that he was impeached, disbarred, held in contempt, and left a lasting stain on the office of the President of the United States. To have him address the convention shows the true colors of what liberals have become. They talk about a war on women, and then they invite the worst womanizer since JFK to talk at their convention. All that and yet NOW/NAGS are keeping mum.
To: toolman1401
I couldn’t believe they invited him to speak. Shows what hypocrits they are.
Bubba and his adoring fans seem to have forgotten all the bad things the Clintons said about obama in the past. Short memories makeS bad voters worse.

It’s amazing isn’t it?
Feminists have talked for years about sex harrassment, and other related issues. Yet with Bill Clinton, that issue didn’t matter.
If I recall correctly, some official of N.O.W. said that she herself would perform a sex act on Bill Clinton because he was good on women’s issues.
If an official of N.O.W. can so completely trivialize real issues of sex harrassment and rape, I don’t know what to say. Except that the media enables them to get away with actions like that.

And all his ‘shortcomings’.
Can you imagine the CEO of a large company, with the same track record, being invited to address the Board of Directors and used as a mouthpiece(pimp) for the ‘next’ CEO?
First off, a decent person would not accept and why would the “Board” want to hear who the disgraced former CEO would embrace?

You’ve got that right, but when you consider who Bubba was speaking to, it makes sense.
