A crew broke into Alvin and Pat Tjosaas’ desert home and took everything after being directed by Wells Fargo to secure the structure.

The couple, however, didn’t have a mortgage on the home.

Where was the law on this? Doesn't the bank need a court order to do this? Each time we defend business, in this case banks, they pull crap like this and puts giant holes in the argument that we need to deregulate.
