The show about a gay couple who want a baby and the surrogate they hire is generally sweeter than co-creator Ryan Murphy's other shows.
"The New Normal," which premieres Tuesday on NBC, concerns Bryan and David (Andrew Rannells and Justin Bartha), a gay couple who want a baby; Goldie (Georgia King), the young woman they hire as a surrogate mother; Goldie's quirky-precocious 8-year-old daughter, Shania (the invaluable Bebe Wood); and her problematic grandmother, Jane (Ellen Barkin).

Sounds like just another cowpie on the vast, empty wasteland of TV.
1 - It’s ANTI-FAMILY!
2 - It is NOT funny!
3- Just because the cast runs around with a stupid grin for 30 minutes, doesn’t mean it’s “Sunny”.
4 - As for “normal”....2% doesn’t qualify as “normal”, no matter the saturation of it’s promotion.
Ellen Barkin HATES me. She has said so openly.
Why on Earth would I watch her stupid show?
Sunny means they will ram their lifestyle down your throats - while they smile.
It will be cancelled faster than last year’s GCB.
I haven’t watched the big three networks in ages. These days, I’d rather watch old movies and old tv comedies.
And I noticed that since Clint Eastwood’s performance at the RNC, a,number of his movies showed up on tv last week. Even in some of the worst movies, Eastwood’s performances were outstanding. A lot better than the new garbage out there.
Anyone know of a list of sponsors or advertisers?

Final ping of the day. Why normal or conservative people ever watch this junk amazes me. Probably not too many do. It's like bathing in the sewer and taking drinks while you're in there. In fact worse, because a regular sewer only toxifies your body. Watching and consequently absorbing this mental and spiritual poison toxifies the mind and heart.
Just another “look how hip we are” from NBC, to which a majority of Americans will say, NO THANKS.

I reallythink 95% of the people who work in television/movies are trapped in sexual perversion and have never experienced normal life.
