Why are you a “hero” for doing the job you are paid to do? Why do you then sue for a billion dollars because you breathed dust?

The tribute was for the men who died.

God bless them. Prayers up for those we lost, for those who mourn and for our heroes who gave their best.

So no one in the military is a hero in your eyes?

My family has I don’t know how many generations of military and 3 generations of firefighters. Nobody ever sued anyone, they didn’t want to be called heroes, but they chose professions that would help others. I don’t care if you don’t like it, but when my husband pulled a little boy and his grandmother from a burning building I and others called him a hero. I don’t care if it was his job. And what about all our military that go the extra mile to help their fellow soldier or civilian? Yes, they are heroes!
