Joe Lagotti Show: Romney should apologize for what he said about embassy deaths
Joe Lagotti Show, WTKK-FM | 9/15/12

Posted on 09/15/2012 11:26:59 AM PDT by pabianice

This host has been generally middle of the road. But today he's hosting a hate-fest against Romney. Lagotti states that Romney should have said nothing about Obama's government apologizing to Muslims after they attacked our embassies. Rather, Romney should shut up and has disqualified himself from being president. This has resulted in a cascade of Romney- and Brown-haters deluging the show with Obama/Warren propaganda. The level of hatred from the callers has caused the show to be paused from time to time.

Very disappointing from WTKK, which has generally been a reasonable place to listen.

He needs to triple-down on it and get even harsher.

Yes indeed. And the lesser voices in the GOP need to get right in the faces of the progressive fairies in the media.

This sh*t HAS to stop, and now. Americans want a fighter on OUR side for a change.

The game being played against Mitt Romney is “Now I got you, you son of a (whatever)”, otherwise shortened to “NIGYYSOB”, taken from the pop psychology book some years ago by Eric Berne, “Games People Play”.

In this game, the player with the least supportable position looks for any lapse, real or imagined, that can be attributed to the stronger player, then by use of either semantics or some kind of faulty reasoning, builds this up into an apparent character defect of the stronger player, and pulls the “gotcha” moment.

In another version of the game, the stronger player is the one who looks for some higher moral ground, from which to wheel around and fire a broadside at the weaker opponent, not to overcome a perceived weakness on the stronger player’s part, but to devastate and totally demolish the weaker player, at which the “NIGYYSOB” game becomes sheer bullying and is totally devoid of any sense of decency.

Magnanimity is not part of this game.

Ligotti has a voice that makes it sound like he gargles with Drano. Not into him.

From WTKK site: >>Joe Ligotti is a tough-talking New Englander who is seen regularly on "Bulls & Bears" on the Fox Business Network. Joe has recently been featured on "The Late Show with Jay Leno," "My Fox Boston," and WCVB TV's "Chronicle." His pearls of wisdom can also be found in "The Improper Bostonian" and on guest appearances with The Phantom Gourmet.

if you can take his voice, "nobody shuts me the f--- up" (full of profanity)

This foreign policy stuff is sure getting in the way of the Democrats looting the public treasury. And that means no jerky snacks for their media lapdogs.

RULE NUMBER ONE OF RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT* - When running against an incumbent Democrat President, a Republican candidate must only praise the Democrat President and tell the world that he is a better President than the Republican candidate could could ever hope to be.

*This rule does not apply to Democrat pResidential candidates running against a Republican incumbent.

Sound like one of them thar code words...

:-)

But I see your point.

When the attempt is spotted one should immediately reply "Really? You are attempting a Eric Berne style "gotcha?" You must not have much of an actual platform."

Then smile at the resulting deer-in-headlights reaction.

Instead of a gotcha, the weaker (lib) player will realize they have been dragged back to the middle of the stage with an open mike in front of the silent, staring audience... and they have no response.

Verbal self-destruct is a lib's typical next step.

I don’t recall Republicans being silent when Carter was president and created the Iran hostage crisis. But now critics are supposed to shut up over Obama’s bungling. I don’t think so.

I don’t understand how he managed to get a gig on the radio. If his I.Q. is 100 I’ll fall on the floor.

Obama should apologize for getting the ambassador and his group killed. And the Democrat Propaganda Media should apologize for for helping Obama kill our people.
