Joe Lagotti Show: Romney should apologize for what he said about embassy deaths
Joe Lagotti Show, WTKK-FM | 9/15/12

Posted on 09/15/2012 11:26:59 AM PDT by pabianice

This host has been generally middle of the road. But today he's hosting a hate-fest against Romney. Lagotti states that Romney should have said nothing about Obama's government apologizing to Muslims after they attacked our embassies. Rather, Romney should shut up and has disqualified himself from being president. This has resulted in a cascade of Romney- and Brown-haters deluging the show with Obama/Warren propaganda. The level of hatred from the callers has caused the show to be paused from time to time.

Very disappointing from WTKK, which has generally been a reasonable place to listen.

obama quotes:

“One of the proudest things of my three years in office is helping to restore a sense of respect for America around the world, a belief that we are not just defined by the size of our military.”

“That experience guides my conviction that partnership between America and Islam must be based on what Islam is, not what it isn’t. And I consider it part of my responsibility as president of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.”

I love the sound of desperation coming from the Left. Nerves are being struck, and they squeal when it hurts.

Is this a joke. If not, what poll?

Rather, Romney should shut up and has disqualified himself from being president.

That should tell you exactly what you need to know about "middle of the road" opinions in general.

Fence sitting is not an option these days...

So prezuhdenshal kantdidates can’t make remarks on foreign policy?

In his victory speech in Texas Tuesday, Barack Obama promised to end the Iraq war in 2009, a new commitment that parallels recent opinion pieces in The Nation.

Prior to his Houston remarks, Obama’s previous position favored an American combat troop withdrawal over a sixteen-to-eighteen-month timeframe. He has been less specific on the number and mission of any advisers he would leave behind.

Ending the war in the first year of his potential presidency, therefore, is the strongest stand Obama has taken thus far, and one he will be questioned on sharply by the Republicans and the media. As Juan Cole noted last year, the Bush-Cheney team is preparing a “poison pill” of disorder and blame for any future President contemplating an Iraq troop withdrawal.

Did Obama mean it? Was it only rhetoric? Perhaps, but as Obama has said over and over lately, words make a difference...

Proof that you can’t fix stupid. PA is hopeless. They’re probably thinking Barry will be able to help them out if they give him a second term.

Shut you’re freaking pie hole Joe.

In the last week Romney’s proved himself to be A LOT more presidential and qualified for the job than the junior senator currently doing the job has been.

What does it matter?

It’s the poll-a-minute-o-rama.

And they are all designed to kill the will in people to throw the Zeeb OUT on his ass.

Lagotti is an idiot. Other than Michael Graham and the Andelman Bros., 96.9 is an intellectual wasteland.

When a lib tells you to shut up it means you should speak up louder, because it’s working!

Romney made the right statement originally . He needs to triple-down on it and get even harsher. Not hide under a desk like he seems to have been for the last week

Ligotti? By Boston standards, he’s almost a conservative, but that’s not saying much. I think he has a full-time job in addition to the radio show on Saturday, and not much time for web surfing or research, so on any kind of breaking news he’s apt to be superficial and reflect what he sees on the network news.

Lagotti appears to be far too stupid to realize that the comments Romney made were about the preemptive apology out of the Embassy in Egypt - which zero’s minions have also denounced (although the embassy doubled down, afterward).

Being this idiotic must hurt.
