Other 21 countries aflame, Rice now on Fox still making that laughable claim: "It's the video!"
I'm Navy, so someone with an infantry background needs to explain to me how demonstrators can bring RPGs, anti-tank rockets, armored vehicles, and heavy machine guns to a spontaneous riot.

No military background. However, Libya just fought a civil war, and a great deal of military equipment was abandoned when the army fell apart.
A lot of this equipment might very well be under somebody's bed in a good many Libyan neighborhoods.
Might be a little tough to fit an armored vehicle under there, though.
